1. Refunds for Services Rendered

Once services are rendered, they are considered complete and cannot typically be refunded. These include completed website design projects, executed social media strategies, or other digital services that have been successfully delivered.

2. Refunds for Ongoing Services

If you have availed of an ongoing service package and wish to discontinue, please contact us immediately. If the services for the upcoming billing cycle have not yet commenced, we will be able to cancel the upcoming service and provide a refund for the same.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Please note that some services are non-refundable. These include but are not limited to website design, domain registration, hosting services, and other third-party services that Digital Mastery Ltd has paid for on behalf of the client.

4. Disputes and Chargebacks

We request that you contact us to resolve any service disputes before filing a chargeback with your credit card company. Filing a dispute or chargeback will not speed up the refund process and can actually make it more difficult.

5. Refund Request Window

All refund requests should be communicated to the customer service team within 15 days of service commencement. We are unable to process any refund requests after this period.

6. Final Decision

All refund requests will be subject to the discretion of Digital Mastery Ltd. We will consider each case on an individual basis and strive for a fair resolution.

TERMS OF SERVICE

The Client agrees that by purchasing a service, they are entering into a contractual agreement with Digital Mastery Ltd and will abide by the terms set out in the contract and this policy.

All payments for services are due upfront unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment processor.

3. Service Delivery

Service timelines depend on the specific service purchased and will be outlined in the service agreement.

4. Termination of Services

If the client wishes to terminate ongoing services, they must provide written notice to Digital Mastery Ltd. The notice period will be outlined in the service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All services provided remain the intellectual property of Digital Mastery Ltd until full payment is received.
